Kata Vörös
Kata Vörös, assistant lecturer, sociologist.
She received her degree in 2018 at Eötvös Loránd University of Budapest, in the Ethnic and Minority Politics program. During her university studies, she has gained experience at researching as an intern at Hungarian Academy of Science Minorities Research Institution. She wrote her thesis from discourse of coded antisemitism appearing after the regime change in Hungary, for which she got the award of “best thesis on the minority politics master course”. Currently she is as an assistant lecturer at Jewish Theological Seminary – University of Jewish Studies (Budapest), at the Cultural History faculty, and she is also a PhD student at the Doctoral School of Jewish Religious Studies.
